Tab 1 — Master Action Register
A single register for every action agreed across every meeting in the practice — daily huddle, team meeting, business meeting, 1:1s, and quarterly reviews. Columns for: reference number (M-001, M-002…), meeting date, meeting type, action item, detail and context, owner, due date, status, completed date, and notes.
Status colour key: DONE (completed — date entered), IN PROGRESS (underway — notes updated), OPEN (not yet started — within due date), OVERDUE (past due date — follow up required immediately). Use the filter on the Status column to see all OPEN and OVERDUE actions at a glance.
Pre-loaded with 5 realistic example actions to show how the register works in practice — covering recall script review, equipment replacement, Google Business Profile update, review request implementation, and consumables cost reduction.
Tab 2 — Annual Meeting Planner
Plan all meetings for the year in advance — schedule dates and protect the time.
