1. Digital Products
All products sold by Resolve Dental Consultancy are digital downloads. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a download link. Downloads are available for a limited number of uses within 30 days of purchase. We recommend saving your files to a secure location immediately after downloading.

2. Licence
Your purchase grants you a single-practice licence to use the document within one dental practice location. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense any document to third parties or use it across multiple practice locations without purchasing additional licences.

3. Intellectual Property
All documents, templates, and content sold by Resolve Dental Consultancy remain the intellectual property of Resolve Dental Consultancy. Purchasing a document does not transfer ownership or copyright.

4. Accuracy and Compliance
While every effort is made to ensure our documents are accurate and compliant with current Australian standards and legislation, Resolve Dental Consultancy does not provide legal advice. It is your responsibility to ensure documents are appropriate for your specific practice circumstances. We recommend seeking independent legal or regulatory advice where required.

5. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a document has been downloaded. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resolve Dental Consultancy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
