Who is behind Resolve Dental Consultancy?

Hi, I'm Sharon Lee and I've spent nearly 40 years in the dental industry doing exactly what you're doing right now.

I've managed hundreds of dental practices across Australia, built three practices from the ground up, and spent years consulting with practice owners to help them build stronger, more compliant, and more profitable businesses.

I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to stay on top of WHS requirements, infection control protocols, HR obligations, and the endless stream of documentation that comes with running a dental practice. I've sat in your chair. I've faced the same challenges. And I've learned, often the hard way what works.

I'm also the founder of ADAAMA a support group dedicated to helping dental practice managers across Australia develop their management skills and build rewarding careers. Through ADAAMA, I support thousands of practice managers on their dental management journey every day.
