Here's how to get started:
Step 1 — Download Your Document After purchase, check your email for your download link. Click the link and save the file to your computer or cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive etc.).
Step 2 — Open in Microsoft Word or Excel Open the file using Microsoft Word (for .docx files) or Microsoft Excel (for .xlsx files). All documents are compatible with Microsoft 365, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
Step 3 — Replace the Placeholder Text Look for text in [square brackets] — these are the areas you need to customise. Simply click on the placeholder text and replace it with your practice details. For example: [Practice Name] → Smile Dental Centre [Practice Address] → 123 Main Street, Sydney NSW 2000 [Principal Dentist] → Dr. Jane Smith
Step 4 — Add Your Logo (Optional) To add your practice logo, click Insert → Pictures in Microsoft Word and select your logo file. Resize and position it as needed.
