Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a document has been downloaded.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure the document meets your needs.
If you experience a technical issue with your download — such as a corrupted file or an incomplete download — please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@resolvedentalconsultancy.com.au and we will resolve the issue promptly by resending your download link or providing a replacement file.
If you have purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not yet downloaded the file, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to assist you.
