A structured daily morning huddle template for Australian dental practices — 5 pages built around the Resolve Dental Consultancy 4P Framework: People, Patients, Production, and Priorities. Run in 10–15 minutes each morning, this is the single most effective daily habit a dental practice team can build.
Ten minutes every morning, consistently executed, will prevent 80% of the surprises that derail a practice day. The daily huddle is the heartbeat of a well-run practice.
Print one per day or use digitally — the goal is to run the huddle from this sheet and record any important items in writing.

What's Included:
The Resolve 4P Daily Huddle Framework:
Stage 1 — PEOPLE (2 minutes)
Who is in today? Team present, absences and leave, late arrivals and early departures, and any notes about a team member (training, first day, concerns, patient with anxiety).
Stage 2 — PATIENTS (4 minutes)
Review the schedule before the huddle and flag any patient needing special attention. Patient flag table with time, patient initials, dentist/hygienist, and special notes — covering AM and PM sessions. Prompts for nervous patients, complex procedures, VIPs, new patients, and patients with outstanding payments.
Stage 3 — PRODUCTION (4 minutes)
Today's production target, today's booked production, variance (booked vs target), week-to-date tracking, month-to-date tracking, unbooked chair time to fill, outstanding recall appointments to confirm, and high-value treatment scheduled today (crowns, implants, aligners).
Stage 4 — PRIORITIES (2–3 minutes)
ONE thing the team will focus on today — pre-booking every patient, asking for Google reviews, following up incomplete treatment, or any other single focus. Carryover items from yesterday and any other quick announcements.
Huddle Actions Register
Immediate actions arising from the huddle — task detail, owner, due date, and done tick.
Includes Resolve's guidance: keep the huddle to 15 minutes maximum, stand up to keep energy up, and take any issue needing more discussion offline rather than letting it derail the meeting.
